Alkaline Diet Key To Healthy Bowels And Then A Healthy Brain

An alkaline low-protein and low carbohydrate diet
is your most powerful, most direct way to a
healthy bowels and a healthy brain.

Numerous studies have found that people with
neurological dis-eases such as Alzheimer's and
Parkinson's have chronic nutritional deficiencies
long before the dis-ease becomes evident.

Your diet should include at least five servings of
alkaline fruits and vegetables and liberal amounts
